The Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCOE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead the Business Enablement vertical. In this role, you will oversee and manage various projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and finalization, adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints. As a Team Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the smooth and efficient transition and delivery of shared services functions to internal stakeholders. Your role will involve driving project management, quality assurance, and client satisfaction while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
