The Lead Business Analyst will establish and promote consistent business analysis standards, ensure high-quality requirements documentation, and support alignment across business and technology teams. This role provides leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Business Analysts while driving clarity, collaboration, and delivery excellence across projects. Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including experience mentoring or leading analysts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of elicitation techniques, requirements documentation, and process modeling.
