Lead Business Analyst (FC Governance)

What is the opportunity?

The Lead Business Analyst will support FC Governance and drive transformational change across our Financial Crimes program through requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence. You will lead sessions for projects and programs focused on business integration and strategic enhancement, including cross‑functional meetings, tracking progress, managing action items, and coordinating initiatives to ensure project success.

What will you do?

• Develop project deliverables: create detailed end‑to‑end requirements, use cases/stories, and user acceptance test plans in collaboration with Project Managers to deliver business solutions aligned with sponsor and stakeholder needs.
• Lead requirements analysis: facilitate requirement gathering meetings, provide status updates, monitor workstream deliverables and timelines, and elevate issues to project leadership when necessary.
