Lead BMS System Engineer – Stationary Energy Storage (BESS)
About the Role
We are seeking a Lead BMS System Engineer to drive the architecture, design, and validation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and utility?scale stationary Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) .
In this role, you will own the end?to?end BMS system lifecycle —from requirements definition and system architecture to validation, field deployment, and continuous improvement. You will act as the technical authority for BMS within the BESS platform , mentoring engineers and collaborating closely with power electronics (PCS), EMS, grid integration, and validation teams.
This position demands strong system?level thinking, deep BMS expertise, and technical leadership to ensure safety, scalability, reliability, and long?term performance of field?deployed energy storage assets.
