Importante grupo is seeking an Assistant Maître D’ and a Waiter/Waitress for Amelia, our 2 Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastián for the 2026 season. We look for hospitality professionals with experience in haute cuisine, elegance in service, and a genuine passion for guest experience.
