You also clearly understand what you are NOT good at… and learn to co-opt others, and harness their skills to make a winning team. You’ve even been taken for a ride couple of eminently forgettable times.. and….. been humbled by construction teams….!!

You have the pride of experience of delivering at least 3 mid sized projects.. and also have the scars to show.

You have the skills to be able to guide a project successfully, and, are ready for more responsibility.

You know how to put your point across professionally…. graphically and in writing, without being a jerk!
