We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Manager of Analytics to lead a small team of specialists delivering high‑impact data solutions for our global manufacturing operations. This role requires both people leadership and deep technical expertise. You will manage the analytics roadmap, mentor team members, and personally contribute to complex analysis and model development. Background in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense is required.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 analytics specialists, managing workload and project allocation
• Partner with senior leaders to define the analytics roadmap and translate business challenges into measurable analytical projects
• Remain hands‑on with data – undertake complex analysis, model development, and dashboard creation for high‑priority initiatives
