Vacancy Description
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or more platform teams at our India site. This is a key leadership role with real organizational influence — you'll help shape how we build and scale our India engineering function, with AI adoption and enablement as a core part of your mandate.
You will be expected to bring hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tooling, a sharp instinct for where AI can accelerate platform reliability and developer productivity, and the leadership credibility to drive a culture of intelligent automation across your teams.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Growth
- Lead and grow platform engineering teams in India, with scope to expand over time
- Coach engineers on technical growth, AI fluency, and career development;
