Lead Adviser, Learning Support Practice to join our team in Tāmaki Herenga Tāngata (North & West Auckland). The role is permanent full‑time and will be based in both our Albany and Henderson office.

The Lead Adviser will provide support and guidance to staff in the region to drive consistent learning support practice through the Service Managers and Managers Integrated Services. Collaborating with other roles, the Adviser ensures all learning support staff have access to high quality, ongoing professional development and supervision. The Adviser supports the achievement of successful educational outcomes for all children and young people, establishes themselves as a highly knowledgeable source of information, empowers others to use data to improve outcomes, and drives regional implementation of national Learning Support practices, processes and systems.
