**Position Description:**

The Lead Advisor serves as a student-facing financial aid and debt management specialist with a particular focus on high-debt and professional programs, including medical, dental, graduate, and other health professions programs. The position provides proactive counseling throughout the student life cycle, including pre-enrollment financial aid guidance, annual borrowing reviews, cumulative indebtedness review, loan repayment planning, exit counseling support, and postgraduation debt management education.
