Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner - General Surgery Flexible

NHS Fife is seeking an experienced Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join the General Surgery service. As a senior clinician you will combine expert practice with strategic leadership, delivering safe, effective and high‑quality care across elective and unscheduled surgical pathways.

You will lead the ANP workforce, supervise staff through appraisal, drive service redesign, quality improvement and audit activity, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and outcomes.
