**Your role:**
+ Reports any disruptions or deviations in the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing operational disruptions.
+ Adheres to the compliance of components, parts, and documents with quality specifications before advancing to subsequent stages of the process, ensuring product integrity and quality assurance.
+ Operates and oversees all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, executing standard and complex production tasks in strict accordance with instructions.
+ Monitors output quality diligently, promptly identifying and addressing any instances of faulty products, while maintaining meticulous records of daily production activities and pilot runs for performance analysis.
+ Ensures effective communication and collaboration within the team, maintaining positive working relationships with supervisors and coworkers, and providing certification level job training
