Job Description:

The Leadership Development Program is an all encompassing program that teaches all aspects of Elliott Electric Supply. This program has you begin in the warehouse where you learn every position at our Regional Distribution Center. After learning all of the skills in the warehouse we train you on counter sales, inside sales , and outside sales. The goal of this program is for us to continue to produce inside and outside sales teams so we can increase our sales in existing markets and train for new locations and branches that we are planning for in the future.

Qualifications:

A positive attitude and solid work ethic. We are looking for someone who desires to be a part of the team and help us to continue to grow our footprint in Arizona. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
