L&D Lead

Job Description:

• 1. Training Effectiveness Governance

• Drive implementation of L&D interventions across plant locations in a standardized and scalable manner as per the training calendar.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to close capability gaps through targeted interventions and drive corrective actions.

• Monitor the completion, quality, and effectiveness of trainings conducted.

• 2. Training Delivery

• Deliver L&D interventions across plant sites, especially on:

• Behavioral programs (accountability, ownership, communication, problem-solving)

• Capability-building workshops for supervisors and shopfloor teams

• Facilitate engaging, practical, and simulation-based learning experiences

• Customize content based on plant/site requirements while enduring standardization
