A L&D Executive will support Human Resource related activities including learning and development and training performance management and employee relations initiatives.

What will I be doing

As a L&D Executive you are responsible for all Team Member related activities. These activities include recruitment, learning and development, and training, performance management, employee relations, health and safety and other teambased activities. Specifically the L&D Executive implements Human Resources policies and systems framework as directed by his/her superior maintaining good team member relations:

• Manage all Human Resource administration and onboarding activities
• Support Human Resources activities including onboarding work experience program careers fairs training materials and Team Member opinion surveys
