Role Purpose
Our L&D Business Partner will work alongside our teams in Distribution and networking with Head Office L&D Team to design, develop and deliver an L&D proposition that is aligned to our talent strategy and growth ambitions for the future and continue to build on the amazing work we do to build skills within our local communities.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of the L&D strategy for Wickes Plc, ensuring that it is aligned to the talent strategy and the business strategy
- Drive a self‑directed learning culture, enabling this through our tools, systems and programmes
- Work with Senior leaders and HR Business Partners across Distribution to identify learning needs and design and deliver programmes, tools and experiences that are in line with our talent and business strategy.
