Job Description
Manage the administration of Learning & Development systems, processes, and training operations to ensure seamless delivery of training across the organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate training records, coordinating schedules, supporting system users, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and mandatory training requirements.
You will act as the first line of support for all L&D system-related queries, managing the learning helpdesk, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring all training activities are executed efficiently and in line with defined service levels. This is a highly operational, detail-oriented role requiring strong discipline, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality internal service experience.
