Layout Engineer

Job Description

Act as the Integrator of the assigned portion of the Plant by ensuring the best possible interaction between the various disciplines (e.g. Equipment layout, piping, steel structures, plant foundations, air ducts etc).

Create layout of various systems (equipment, piping, ducts, steel structure including supporting concept).

Prepare, update and check planning documents (e.g. layout plans, load table, EoD).

Ensure that scope of work complies with internal Company work instructions, Company standards, Process Engineering requirements, applicable codes (e.g. EN or ASME), contract requirements.

Contact the project team at meetings with third parties in all planning issues.

Qualifications

• Very good user knowledge of engineering tools: Aveva E3D/PDMS, MS Office, Navisworks Simulate or Manage, AutoCad
