Job Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documentation for property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements as well as loan agreements .

• Advise clients comprehensively on the buying and selling of property, covering legal, financial, and contractual aspects .

• Handle negotiations with opposing counsel on matters relating to the Option to Purchase (OTP), while guiding clients through the conveyancing process and outlining their rights and responsibilities .
