Job Description
Our client, an established law firm in Singapore, is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for Newly Qualified (NQ) lawyers or junior practitioners looking to build a long-term career in conveyancing. Training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions
- Draft, review, and prepare conveyancing and legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, banks, property agents, government authorities, and other stakeholders
- Manage conveyancing files and transactions from inception to completion
- Conduct legal research and provide legal support on conveyancing matters
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
