Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury files for tort and accident benefit claims throughout their lifecycle, ensuring documents are accurately saved, organized, and maintained in accordance with firm protocols.
- Prepare, draft, format, and review legal documents, including court materials, applications, correspondence, and hearing-related documentation.
- Act as a liaison between lawyers, clients, and external parties, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate the collection, review, and organization of supporting documentation from clients, medical providers, insurers, and third parties.
- Prepare summaries of medical and other records, create medical chronologies, identify key issues, and manage client productions and undertakings.
