Law Clerk - Litigation

Purpose of Role

You will be a key member of a dynamic group of lawyers, law clerks and legal support staff, providing the highest level of service to our clients while cultivating your skills within the Disputes Group at BLG.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with all aspects of litigation, including insurance and tort liability, and commercial and construction disputes.
• Prepare client reports and engage in direct client communications relating to ongoing matters.
• Drive litigation files forward by delivering high‑quality drafting, managing discovery, coordinating with clients, counsel and experts, and advancing complex matters through all stages of proceedings.
• Collaborate and contribute as an important member of the team, providing unwavering commitment to excellent client service.
• Mentor and share knowledge with students, associates and junior law clerks as part of a collaborative team.
