Job Purpose

To provide a reliable and professional laundry collection and delivery service to vulnerable residents across Milton Keynes, supporting their independence and wellbeing through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver laundry to and from residents' homes across Milton Keynes.
  
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service to all residents.
  
• Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and vehicle usage.
  
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is kept clean, safe, and roadworthy.
  
• Report vehicle defects, maintenance issues, or accidents promptly.
