Position Summary

• Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with the safe unloading of their items.
• Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms.
• Respond promptly to guest, Front Desk, or At Your Service requests.
• Monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning facilities.
• Complete all valet tickets correctly to ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate repairs to appropriate persons and arrange pick‑up for delivery when completed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain uniform and personal appearance; protect proprietary information and company assets.
• Communicate with others using clear, professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support teamwork.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
