Launch Operations Program Manager, Last Mile Delivery (Cuauhtémoc)

Amazon seeks a Launch Operations Program Manager for Amazon Logistics.
This position has to be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams, have a passion for data analysis, and process improvement based on metrics.
Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
Completed Bachelor's degree
+5 Years of general experience
Spanish and English fluency (C1+)
Experience in first mile operation
Solid understanding in operations and launching new processes
Experience tracking metrics to determine improvements and drive solutions
Experience providing status and results of projects
Experience in process improvement tools
Data analyst and SQL knowledge
+2 years of work experience working in Transportation and/or Logistics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an innate understanding of presenting data to different levels of leadership and sections of the organization
