Late Collections Trainer - Bacolod

A Late Trainer trains and coaches employees on late-stage collection techniques, develops training materials, conducts workshops, and provides ongoing support to ensure compliance and effective recovery.

What You'll Do

• Work in the field, directly observing and guiding employees to improve their job performance.
• Training and Development. Deliver training programs in real-world settings, such as in the workplace or at client locations. Customize training content to meet the specific needs of trainees. Provide hands‑on instruction, demonstrations, and practical exercises to help trainees gain relevant skills and knowledge.
• Skill Assessment. Assess the current skill levels of trainees to identify areas for improvement. Monitor trainee progress and adjust training methods as needed.
