LATAM Trade Marketing Senior Lead

Wella Company seeks a Sr Trade Marketing Manager to drive growth for Hair Retail brands in Latin America (excluding Brazil). The role develops and executes trade marketing strategies, nurtures retailer relationships, and ensures sales/marketing alignment to optimize in-store presence and consumer engagement.

The individual will forecast country launches, monitor promotions, and present monthly performance reviews to leadership. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are required.
