LATAM SDR: Outbound Growth & Prospecting (Remote)

Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, is hiring an SDR to break into new LATAM accounts, nurture relationships across multiple contacts, and qualify leads for the sales team. You will perform market research, identify potential customers, and onboard leads through outbound and inbound prospecting.

You will craft email sequences, make cold calls, and map lead generation processes while collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
