LATAM Regional Tax Leader - Strategy & Compliance

Rapyd is seeking a Regional Tax Manager based in Bogotá to lead and scale the tax function across LATAM on a hybrid basis. You will be the region's primary tax advisor, partnering with Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations, and manage transfer pricing, compliance, and audits while developing the tax team.

The role requires 8–10 years of tax leadership, deep LATAM/Colombia tax knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.
