LATAM Payroll & HR Transformation Leader

Wella Company is seeking a senior PSC Leader for LATAM to own end‑to‑end Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration across Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. You will drive service delivery, vendor governance with ADP, and ongoing HR transformation initiatives.

The role reports to the Global Head of People Support Center, leading a high-performing team and partnering with Finance, HR, and external providers to modernize processes and systems.
