LATAM Payroll Analyst

Our Integral Payroll department is looking for an experienced self‑motivated, system‑savvy LATAM Payroll Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Payroll – Americas, the LATAM Payroll Analyst will work closely with Accounting, People Ops, and Benefits teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely end‑to‑end processing of payroll in the LATAM region.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding pay, deductions, or the payroll process.
• Assist with all payroll‑related audits & SOX compliance by adhering to internal control requirements and maintaining updated documentation for all payroll processes.
