LatAm Customer Support Manager - Hospitality Ops Leader

Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Support Manager for Latin America to lead a remote team of Customer Support Leads and bring frontline hotel operations expertise to every escalation. You’ll coach performance, drive critical metrics, and own customer outcomes with urgency and empathy.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and CS leadership to improve service quality at scale, while leveraging Cloudbeds AI tools to boost team efficiency and growth across LATAM.
