LATAM Client Solutions Lead — Spanish Speaking

TikTok is seeking a Head of Client Solutions for Spanish-speaking South America to shape and execute a regional strategy across LATAM markets. You will lead Team Leads and Client Solutions Managers, drive revenue through enhanced campaign performance and upsell opportunities, and align regional needs with global product roadmaps.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to optimize the end-to-end client solution lifecycle and manage market-specific challenges and opportunities.
