Last Mile Team Leader - Dubai Hub Night

Reports To: Domestic Operations Supervisor (once filled) / Shift Manager - Domestic in the interim

Key Responsibilities

• Own Dubai Hub night operations, mirroring day‑shift ownership across aging, dispatch, and floor management.
• Own forward and reverse aging overnight, ensuring all orders are cleared by the shift‑end cutoff.
• Keep the floor clear and ensure all same‑day and PDD orders are dispatched before shift close.
• Manage the night debriefer and dispatcher, including staff attendance and shift management.
• Arrange drivers for overnight dispatch.
• Own night ticket management, including CS WhatsApp groups, escalations, and customer inquiries – resolved overnight rather than left for the morning team.
• Produce the night performance and CRA aging report and hand it directly to the day Team Leader.
