We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our FastDrop Operations Team. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless execution of last-mile delivery services, with a direct impact on supply chain efficiency, operational excellence, and service quality.
As part of the operational core of FastDrop, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily functions, contributing to the delivery of outstanding service standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations specific to last-mile delivery.
- Monitor schedule adherence and ensure timely completion of last-mile orders in collaboration with the team.
- Utilise, manage, and monitor the eCabs FastDrop platform and related systems for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with a small, focused team of Last Mile Specialists.
- Assist in drafting and delivering reports as requested by management.
- Liaise with other units to ensure the highest level of service delivery....
