Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Large Loss Technicians to manage a portfolio of significant bodily injury claims (up to a value of £250k) within our Technical Claims Unit.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of complex motor personal injury claims, typically valued up to £250k, working within agreed authority levels and business-defined criteria to ensure consistent and effective decision making.
• Engage and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to drive efficient and fair claim resolution, including customers, witnesses, insurers, solicitors, repairers, engineers, forensic accountants, investigators, medical agencies, police authorities and other third parties.
