Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) – based out of Caledon ON, serving residential, commercial, and industrial properties across the GTA

Job Type: Full-time, year-round preferred (approx. 40 hours per week)

Schedule: Seasonal position April-Nov (opportunities available for winter snow operations)

Typically, 4×10-hour days, with occasional weekend shifts during peak seasons.

Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Performance incentive – complete weekly scheduled work efficiently (under 40 hours) and still receive full weekly pay!
