We're growing our property management division and need someone who already knows the Dubai property market, speaks the landlords' language, and can close portfolio deals.

What you'll be doing:

• Acquiring new landlords and buildings for our property management, rental, handover, and snagging services
• Working directly with Russian-speaking property owners and investors - calls, site visits, negotiations. Running your own outreach - cold calls, real estate networking events, referrals
• Building long-term relationships with owners so the portfolio grows and stays with us
