Landed Residential QS for Design & Build

PCE BUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in landed residential construction and familiarity with Design & Build projects in Singapore.

You will manage cost from tender through final accounts, review drawings, and identify cost risks during tender and construction phases. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and have 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong negotiation and Excel skills.
