Land Survey CAD Drafter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Land Survey CAD Drafter / Technician who understands the land surveying business from the ground up. In this role, you will not just be drawing lines-you will be transforming raw field notes, GPS data, and public records into highly precise, legally compliant survey plats and engineering support documents. The ideal candidate possesses strong spatial reasoning, a deep understanding of survey mathematics, and industry-specific software expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft Comprehensive Survey Plats: Prepare high-quality, accurate Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

• As-Built Deliverables: Create detailed utility and infrastructure drawings, including Water, Sewer, Paving, and Drainage As-builts.
