**Job Description**

This role focuses on building high-quality composite components for marine products by following detailed work instructions, using hand and power tools, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. You will trim, assemble, and finish fiberglass and other composite parts to precise specifications while maintaining strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review blueprints and follow detailed work instructions for each composite part to ensure accurate production.
+ Trim, grind, and shape composite and fiberglass components using hand tools and power tools to meet exact specifications.
