Job Title: Lakme CTI & Claims Sr. Specialist
Location: Mumbai HURC
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Lakme CTI team, key responsibilities will be:
+ Delivering CTI, and Claims support for Lakme across Renovation and innovation projects as well as helping to develop new communication and strategic plans.
+ Developing consumer understanding, evaluating products, substantiation and claims support strategies for projects as well as delivering consumer research plans.
+ Should have a broad category technical understanding of formulation, consumers and testing methodologies used to assess product performance. Interpersonal and communication skills as well as project and time management.
+ Furthermore, creative mindset with ability to translate complex product information into simple consumer.
