Responsibilities
- Assess residents' resources and care needs
- Plan and provide nursing care and support
- Administer medications as required
- Support residents’ well‑being and quality of life
Qualifications
- Social and health care qualification (sufficient credentials for practical nursing)
- Finnish language skills
