We are hiring full-time Labourers to support crews on a newly awarded multi-year contract, offering stable year-round work and career growth in utility and telecommunications construction.

The Role

Reporting to the Crew Supervisor, the Labourer supports construction activities across all phases of ROHL projects. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role requiring a strong work ethic, safety focus, and the ability to perform in a fast‑moving crew environment.

Our Labourers’ core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials safely throughout the worksite.
