Location: Peckham, South East London (SE15)
Pay Rate: £19.00 - £20.00 per hour (CIS)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Handyman to join a fast-paced school construction project in Peckham. If you are proactive, versatile, and take pride in finishing a handover to a high standard, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Snagging & Finishing: Handover prep, touching up paintwork, and basic dry-lining/patching.
Basic Carpentry: Adjusting doors, fixing ironmongery, and easing locks.
Site Maintenance: Installing temporary protection on finished surfaces and putting up site signage.
Managerial Support: Assisting the Site Manager with ad-hoc trade tasks to keep the handover on track.
