Labourer
Location: Chester le Street, County Durham
Rate: £16.84 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Start: Immediate
Duration: 3 weeks
Job Description
We are currently recruiting Labourers for a long-term social housing contract, working on bathroom strip‑out projects.
Responsibilities
- Stripping out old bathrooms & kitchens
- Assisting trades on site
- Removing and loading waste
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
- Working across occupied and void properties
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- Manual handling, working at heights, asbestos awareness (can be done online before start)
- Full UK driving licence (clean) & own transport (preferred)
- Physically fit and reliable
