We are seeking a Labour Relations Advisor to directly support our construction project operations. Reporting to the Labour Relations function, the successful candidate will act as a trusted field partner to project teams, ensuring the proactive, rigorous, and compliant management of labour relations matters specific to Quebec's construction industry. This role requires a high degree of mobility, strong field intervention capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic operational environment. The initial mandate will be focused on the Volta Project in Granby, Quebec, with opportunities to support other projects across the organization as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate is agile, responsive, and able to effectively address operational and labour relations issues in real time.
