Manager – Labour Compliance

to lead end-to-end labour law compliance across multiple locations and vendor operations.

Key requirements:
✅ 10–12 years of experience in Labour Compliance, preferably in IT Services / ITES / BPM organizations
✅ Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws including CLRA, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESIC, and Contract Labour compliance
✅ Experience managing multi-location operations and third-party vendor workforce compliance
