**Job Title: Construction Laborer - Ozarks**

**$23/hour to start, after 90 day pay bumps to around $25/hour**

**Job Description**

This role supports large, complex commercial construction projects such as data centers, student housing high‑rises, hotels, mixed‑use urban developments, and commercial or industrial facilities. You will perform a wide range of general labor and site support tasks to keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

**Responsibilities**
