**Job Title: General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support operations on-site. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must be ready to start immediately and already hold an OSHA 10 certification. This is not a light-duty position. Candidates must be reliable, willing to get dirty, able to listen and learn, and committed to showing up every day.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a water truck to spray surfaces and control dust across the job site.
+ Perform general labor duties including site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as needed.
+ Follow all site safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
+ Complete tasks efficiently while working as part of a team in outdoor conditions.
+ Support additional labor tasks as assigned by site leadership.
